Terms for $500 YouTube Keyword Contest:

Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be located in the United States.
- Must provide accurate and complete information, including first and last name, phone number, company name, work email address, job title, and the correctly spelled YouTube Contest Keyword from one of our YouTube videos.

Official Rules, Terms & Conditions for this Contest: All contest entries are subject to the following conditions:
- Contest drawings will occurring starting 31 October, and may happen as often as monthly until 31 December 2023.
- Multiple entries are allowed, so long as there is a unique keyword for each entry.
- Only entries with correctly spelled and accurate keywords from BeTechly’s official YouTube videos will be included in the contest drawing each month.
- Contest entries must include valid contact details, including working email, correct company name and title, as well as a working phone number to be deemed valid.
- Winners will be selected at random from valid entries and notified by the email provided with their entry, within 4 weeks of each month end, starting October 31st and ending on or before 31 December 2023.
- There will be multiple monthly contests, at least two, by 31 December 2023.
- Each month, we’ll select one winner, who will receive $500 which will be sent via electronic, egift card means. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for something else.
- By entering the Contest, participants grant BeTechly permission to contact them via email, phone or post using the information provided with their entry.
- Please note, BeTechly reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility criteria or violates the Contest rules.
- BeTechly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by BeTechly.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold BeTechly and its employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the prize.
- The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
- By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Conditions.
