For years, service providers have offered business customers “bundles” of service – such as internet, phone and TV for discounted prices. These packages became widely popular, with the thought they served customers’ needs. However, some businesses are selecting phone services from one provider and internet from another – for a variety of reasons. This study looks to understand more about how business customers across the US choose phone connectivity services for their business -bundled or unbundled - and why.
