This study looks the challenges of vendor management and what priorities IT departments are looking at when choosing multiple vendor support. IT environments have become increasingly more complex, with a variety of differing systems with converged, virtualized, and cloud components. IT managers are then faced with the challenge of pinpointing what component needs fixing when a problem arises.
