Designing a modern workplace isn’t just about adding more technology — it’s about removing friction between people, spaces, and the tools they rely on to collaborate.

Join Josh Blalock, Global Director of Alliances & Engagement at Shure, for an inside look at how intelligent audio and video solutions are transforming Microsoft Teams Rooms of every size. You’ll discover how thoughtful room design, AI-powered signal processing, and seamless Microsoft integration can create meeting experiences that are more inclusive, more productive, and easier for IT teams to manage.

We’ll also introduce the newest addition to the Shure Collaboration Portfolio — the IntelliMix® Bar Pro — and show how Shure and Microsoft work together to deliver precise, high-quality meeting experiences without adding unnecessary complexity.

Whether you're designing new Teams Rooms or optimizing existing collaboration spaces, this session will help you build a smarter, scalable meeting environment that simply works—for everyone.

Josh Blalock

Global Director, Alliances & Engagement | Shure

Josh's 21-year career started with various roles as a Microsoft server technologies generalist, but in recent years these roles have focused in on the Unified Communications path. Josh now specializes in the conferencing space, including meetings and voice applications, as well as the various certified devices that support this space.

This specialization has become a passion for Josh, leading to immersive content creation (check out the 'Expert of Things & Stuff' channel on YouTube!) and management of learning groups on social media, as well as conference organizing (Comms vNext) & speaking. His professional role as Director, Collaboration Ecosystem & Engagement at Shure, is deeply rooted in both this community work, and the technical specialization at the root of it all.
