As organizations refine their hybrid work strategies, meeting rooms are evolving quickly. Employees expect seamless wireless experiences that match the simplicity of their personal devices, while IT teams require solutions that are secure, scalable, and easy to manage. The result is growing demand for intelligent room systems that reduce friction and enable more inclusive collaboration.
Watch this on-demand event, where Barco and Huddly introduce a new bundle combining the ClickShare Hub with the Huddly C1. Built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), the ClickShare Hub delivers secure, intuitive wireless conferencing and high-quality 4K content sharing. Paired with the Huddly C1—an AI-driven modular video bar that scales from standalone setups to multi-camera configurations—this solution transforms small to medium meeting spaces into intelligent, flexible rooms.
In this session, you’ll gain practical insights into designing meeting spaces that support effortless hybrid collaboration and deliver a consistent experience for both in-room and remote participants.
