Chatbots are the 24/7 workhorse of our websites and mobile apps. They are no longer a nuisance, and most users don’t mind engaging with them.
According to industry insights firm G2, 80% of people have used a chatbot at least once, with chatbot interactions having a higher satisfaction rate – around 87.58% – than live chats with humans.

Is Your Company Planning to Invest in AI?
For our registration poll, over 100 executives took part. More than one quarter (26%) of respondents manage the underlying technology for their company, while 15% manage the communications but not the technology. More than half of respondents plan to invest in AI chat (54%) and generative AI (50%).

Only planning as of now: About half of respondents said that they were still in the planning process to implement chatbot technology over the next 12 months.
All remain “very interested” in the technology: All of the respondents expressed strong interest in evaluating and at some point, implementing chatbots.
